Routines against festive stress

Researchers suggest that following three rules support staying healthy over the Christmas period: 1. Make at least one meal per day a stress free family activity. 2. Schedule time to be outside, to play, and to unplug. 3. Balance festivities with family sleep routines, leaving 8 to 17 hours for young people and 7 to 9 hours for adults.
