Lifespan expansion in old male mice

In new experiments, a drug combination of oxytocin and an Alk5 inhibitor revitalized old male mice leading to increased strength and a lifespan extension of up to 70 percent. Female mice benefited from the drug combination as well but by far not as much as male ones.
